The Management Connection (TMC) is a professional facilitation firm established 1992 in Bryan-College Station. We work primarily with progressive municipalities and private-sector entrepreneurs. We design and facilitate processes to maximize the ability of individuals, groups, organizations, and communities to reach their full potential. We do extreme customization of all our processes and products to honor the unique characteristics and leadership style of each of our clients. We work diligently to exceed clients expectations.
