360° instrument designed to help leaders understand their strengths and development needs. The information provided by the DNI will facilitate the growth and progress of the individual(s) and, as a result, increase their effectiveness in the organization. This instrument is customizable and consists of 10 standard scales and up to 13 optional scales.
